MILFORD, MA – A Norfolk man was arrested and charged on Monday after firing a gun at another person in a Milford hotel during a possible domestic disturbance, police said.
The incident happened just before noon at the DoubleTree by Hilton along Beaver Street. A passerby saw Matthew Pasionek, 37, arguing with a woman in the parking lot and made eye contact with him, according to Milford Police.
It was at this point that Pasionek pulled a gun out of his pants and held it up at the passer-by, according to the Milford Police Journal. Pasionek also spat at the passer-by, police said.

Pasionek left the hotel in a black SUV, but was arrested shortly after by police in Foxborough. He was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery, according to the police register.
