MILFORD, NH — A Milford chef will be offering holiday-inspired meals at his two restaurants in town this month.
Chef Chris Viaud is the owner and Greenleaf operator and Ansam, both in Milford. Greenleaf offers farm-to-table offerings that connect customers with seasonally inspired meals that are harvested locally. Ansam is a pop-up and pickup-only concept that Viaud runs with his family – sharing and celebrating their Haitian culture and cuisine.
Greenleaf on Monday is offering a prix-fixe Valentine’s Day menu with a four-course meal including scallop crudo, mushroom and ricotta ravioli, roasted rib eye and black sesame brownie.
The meal is $125 per person, excluding tip.
The four-course meal will be served exclusively on Mondays from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
On February 20, Greenleaf will celebrate Black History Month with a Taste of Haiti five-course prix-fixe menu including Russian salad, joumou soup, macaroni au gratin, hen nan sos, diri Kole, Banan, pikliz and upside-down cake .
The meal is $95 per person, excluding tip.
Dinner time starts at 5 p.m.
Ansam will also host a dinner on Sunday February 27. More information about the meal will be soon to be posted on Instagram.
